We’ve just completed a fairly complex case with Apex Bridging, and I wanted to highlight the support we received — particularly from Catherine.
It wasn’t the most straightforward transaction and required careful handling throughout. Catherine, as underwriter, was excellent. She was thorough but pragmatic, communicative at every stage, and clearly focused on finding solutions rather than obstacles. On bridging cases, that mindset makes all the difference — and her persistence and professionalism were key in getting this one completed.
Nioni was also very supportive from the outset and worked with us to ensure the terms were structured in a way that suited the client’s position. That early flexibility helped set the tone for the deal.

Client approached me for help with an auction purchase after being messed around by another broker for 5 weeks. With 1 week remaining before notice was served and the client not having finance in place, I spoke with Louise (who was very helpful) and the ball was rolling.
