My day to day role is review, underwrite and manage loan processing right from broker enquiry to completion.

Keeping in touch with brokers and clients to keep them up to date with loan application is crucial and helps build a great working relationship



What do you enjoy the most about your job?


I like knowing that when I walk into work in the morning that every day will be different and bring new challenges.

I also enjoy being focused and driven to work with speed and precision to get faster results.



What are the downsides of the job?


We always look to build a great rapport and solid relationships with our clients and brokers.

When we cannot achieve what the client requires it is disappointing for all parties involved and this makes it a downside for me personally.



What have you learnt during your time at Apex Bridging?


My understanding of property in general, market strengths/weaknesses and valuation.

I thoroughly enjoy reviewing different types of properties/security and broadening my knowledge further.



What skills do you think are important in your job?


My skills in problem solving and time management have drastically improved since joining Apex.

For me this is probably the most important skill as we have to work both with speed and accuracy to please our brokers/clients, it is an essential skill.
