Talk us through an average working day…

My average working day starts at 9.30am with a team meeting. We will go through all the aspects of the cases and this is a time to discuss anything important. After that no day is ever the same. I deal with all day to day admin with regards to cases and anything else that needs to be done on a daily basis supporting each Underwriter. I will compile spreadsheets with weekly figures and also help with the day to day running of the office.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

I enjoy that my job is never the same. There is always something new happening and new enquiries coming in. I also enjoy seeing how the works are progressing on various cases.

What are the downsides of the job?

It can be frustrating when a case is cancelled after a lot of work has been put in to it.

What have you learnt during your time at Apex Bridging?

To always have a smile on my face whilst answering the phone.
